Kathy Foster joined Delos Private Client Group in July 2026 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Delos, Kathy spent more than 20 years at Goldman Sachs in increasingly senior Private Wealth Management Operations positions. Her final role was Dallas Regional Head and Global Head of Know Your Customer (KYC).

During her tenure at Goldman Sachs, Kathy led global teams and drove operational transformation across complex, highly regulated businesses. She left Goldman Sachs in 2024 to focus on family and community before joining Delos.

​

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration from Westminster University.
